Does switching regions change my rank?
Your rank progress stays the same. $1 and €1 each add one point of paid progress. Coins keep the currency they were earned in and convert when used on an order in another currency.
Can I use a coupon and Coins together?
Choose one at checkout. Your permanent discount applies first, and a minimum payment applies to eligible carts.
When does cashback expire?
The inactivity period depends on your rank. A new paid purchase extends earned cashback. Promotional Coins keep the expiry they were issued with.
How do I keep my rank?
A paid purchase renews your activity window. The period depends on your rank. The tier comparison shows which ranks have permanent status protection against inactivity.
Full program rules
Successful payments build your rank progress after all discounts and coins. $100 and €100 each add 100 progress points; changing regions changes the symbol, not your progress.
Your permanent discount applies first. You can then use either one coupon or coins. Coins and coupons cannot be combined. Sale items accept your permanent discount and coins, but exclude extra coupons. Coupons and coins cannot reduce the cash payment below $10 per cart. Your permanent discount can bring the payment below that amount.
Cashback is earned on the money you pay and arrives when your order is completed. Boosting and game-currency services have different rates. Your order keeps the rates agreed when you place it.
Coins earned in USD are worth $1 each on USD orders. Coins earned in EUR are worth €1 each on EUR orders. We convert Coins when you spend them in another currency. Changing your shopping region only updates the value you see.
Each paid purchase renews the inactivity period for unexpired cashback coins according to your rank. It never revives expired coins or extends promotional grants. Check each expiry in Coins history; coins closest to expiry are spent first.
Any paid purchase renews rank retention. Without a purchase, an unprotected rank drops one level and receives the full activity window of that lower rank. Refunds still reverse the progress from their original purchases. Permanent inactivity protection is shown in the ranks table.
Rank milestone coupons are personal, single-use and never expire. Each milestone is earned once, including skipped ranks. Weekly coupons run Monday to Sunday. Monthly coupons expire at the end of the calendar month. If your tier unlocks a higher discount, your unused weekly or monthly code keeps the same expiry and gets the higher rate.
Cancelled and refunded orders return their used coins and reverse their earned cashback and progress. Returned coins keep their expiry or receive 30 days if already expired. Spent cashback can leave a negative balance, which future credits repay first. Existing customers keep their coins; past paid orders count towards rank without retroactive cashback.
