More rewards with every rank.

Your rank is based on the money paid for completed orders, after discounts and coins. Orders in both regions count: EUR purchases are converted to USD using the exchange rate saved with each order. Switching regions changes the displayed currency, not your rank.

Your permanent discount is applied automatically. Promo codes and permanent discounts do not stack; the better discount applies.

Cashback is credited as coins when your order is completed. One coin is worth $1; the EUR value is converted automatically. You earn cashback on the amount paid with money after discounts and coins, at the rate saved when you place the order.

Cashback coins expire 180 days after credit. Promotional coins may have a shorter expiry, shown in Coins history. When you use coins, the coins closest to expiry are used first.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, the coins you used are returned and its cashback is reversed. Returned coins keep their original expiry; if it has already passed, they remain available for 30 more days. If you already spent the cashback, the deduction may leave a negative balance. New credits settle that amount first.

Orders completed before the new program launched count towards rank, but do not receive retroactive cashback.
